Our current position is 4 days per week as one of our clinical coordinators. Looking for more? You won’t be disappointed! This position is totally patient centric. It involves patient care from the front door to checkout, so involves reception, chair side assistance, sterilisation and room prep, plus the role of practice manager, all wrapped up in one job. You’ll also be involved in practice development and decision making, as all the team are.

The practice is well drilled from multiple practice management programs. We have taken the best structured protocols and systems they have to offer, so things go very smoothly most days. Problems are usually resolved before they affect patients.

As the premier dental practice on the Northern Beaches, you would be involved in providing first-class restorative and reconstructive dentistry, including implants, orthodontics and complete cosmetic makeovers. The practice is a state of the art, architect designed premises with quality fit out including a large, comfortable staff area with private change rooms. Minimum requirements are well spoken English, good grooming and a caring disposition. Living within an easy travel to our practice, and having more than 3 years experience as a chair side assistant it will be a benefit.
