Payment policy

Any dental treatment requires full payment on the day of treatment.

We accept  Cash, Mastercard, Visa, and cheques.

Cheques that fail on bank presentation attract a 75.00 surcharge to cover bank fees and accounting services.

Payment options are available for extended treatment plans.

Prepayment is required for sleep dentistry, sedation procedures, implant placement.

Prepayment may be required to secure an appointment where previous appointments have been missed and will be lost if the secured appointment is not attended.

Health fund rebates cannot be guaranteed by our practice, its dentists or its staff.
